She is recognised for building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders and for her expertise in staff development, advocacy, and client-centred care.
Wendi holds certifications in leadership, aged care, disability work, and dementia care. Her accolades include the 2019 Employee of the Year award from Flintwood Disability Service and the 2024 "Great Minds Think Differently" award from Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
