Lisa is the CEO and Founder of LadyBumbleBee Disability Services, a registered NDIS provider supporting individuals and families across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions. With over 15 years’ experience in disability, mental health and community services, Lisa brings a deeply personal, values-driven approach to her work.
Passionate about person-centred and trauma-informed care, Lisa focuses on empowering participants to build confidence, express creativity and live with greater independence. Through her philosophy, “Bee Confident, Bee Creative, Bee You,” she has created a supportive environment that prioritises connection, choice and meaningful community participation.
Lisa is committed to guiding families through the complexities of the NDIS with clarity and compassion, while continuing to build a service that delivers genuine impact beyond traditional care models.
