Vincent De Luca OAM
Vincent is a dedicated community leader and solicitor with decades of public service experience in Northern Beaches. Raised locally, he’s been deeply involved in charitable and welfare groups, focusing on youth, suicide prevention, and domestic violence.
Awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 2004 for service to youth welfare and community organisations, serving as a Councillor since 2008 and is the Council’s longest-serving member.
Vincent has represented national forums on suicide and drug prevention, co-founded the GAPS youth support group, and champions White Ribbon, raising vital funds for women’s refugees.
