Theo van Bezouwen is a visionary leader who built a thriving career in construction. He earned his unrestricted builder’s license in 1986 and established multiple successful businesses.
Passionate about efficiency and innovation, he spent nearly three decades mentoring others and optimising systems before retiring at 52.
Refusing to slow down, he now leads the Villview Op Shop, one of Australia’s largest, transforming generosity into community impact. Under his leadership, the shop has expanded, funding scholarships, homelessness support, and other vital initiatives.
A devoted husband and father, Theo remains committed to empowering others, building stronger communities, and creating systems that drive real change.
